What is your motive? What are your goals? What are your values?
However big or small, life-changing or simple your motive and goals are you must ensure that so you don’t get lost in the buy nature of life, the loudness of your head or smothered with anxiety you remind yourself daily what your motive and goals are.
But the most important thing – is what your values are; your values are things you deem to be important in regards to how you live and you work; creating a strong sense of personal value and living by this can have positve ripple effects in your life, but it is often a thing that we overlook without realising.
They should be used to measure a way to tell whether your life is going the way you want it to. Once we behave in such a way that matches our values we tend to notice that we’re more satisfied and contend but if otherwise things can feel wrong causing a great deal of personal unhappiness.
Your values will often change depending on your motive and goals; your values should be associated with things that make you happiest, proud and fulfilled.
Through identifying your values you start to create a central part of who you are and who you wish to be. when you become more actively aware of these values you can begin to use them to guide you through all situations in the hope you can make the best of each situation; rely on your values.
Here’s just a few words of my values: balance, self-actualisation, clear-mindfulness, growth, vitality, adventurousness, exploration, excitement.
My values seem to be centered around experiencing the world and how it affects my personal growth and positivity.
Establish your values, think about any negative alues you may hold without even realising you do – these are often core beliefs which are formed without us even realising.
