It is important that you believe in yourself.
When working to recovery it can often feel like you’re in a constant fog, your thoughts and your purpose is unclear.
You lose certainty on why you are working to feel better and you don’t really believe that you can do it. You may feel that you aren’t worth it. That you will only fail.
Firstly categorise these thoughts as they are unhelpful. Then remind yourself of all your successes: write notes to yourself, form a worry box, write a journal comparing how you feel, breaking them down and asking yourself ‘do I have evidence to really prove this’?
You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Take time to converse within.
