Recognise what you’re doing to yourself .
We all have our own ways of ‘dealing’ with emotional stress and unhappy situations; notice that many of them are unhelpful and elongate the emotions within.
When you find yourself struggling within you may sleep all the time, keep the curtains closed; never open your door; skip meals or overeat.
Do not avoid emotional disruptions else it enables them to grow and become more powerful in your mind. Like a virus expanding through the body. Only you have the ability to manage and conquer.
Before you do, you must notice that these behaviours are unhelpful. Notice that oversleeping keeps you tired and being tired makes you feel low. Notice that seeing no daylight, allows your darkness to linger. Notice that your diet influences how you feel inside both physically and emotionally.
