A word advice is think before you react.
Truly stop and think before you react to something. Instead of panicking or having a negative response to something, think ‘is there a better way to deal and look at this situation?’
Because there probably is, one that is more helpful and won’t have negative ripple effects in your day or life.
It’s easier said that done, but once you realise how an overreaction can cause so many issues for yourself daily – you’ll realise it’s time to change.
It takes time and practice, especially if you’re someone who tends to over react and be over sensitive to personally emotional situations.
We cannot control everything that happens to us in life. But we can control our attitude towards it.
