I mean, I don’t know about you, but for me it can depend on the hour as to what kind of ‘head’ I’ve got on – is my head sad today or anxious, overwhelmed, nervous, content or happy?
We can also be a hybrid of different kinds of heads in one moment.
It’s important that besides our bodies and our physical health, we look after our heads. So that’s what this is all about.
Keeping our heads happy, our bodies as temples and our personal lives balanced.
Because when we have all these things in order – we can live happier, healthier and more purposeful lives.
We may often overlook our own wellbeing and it’s so important we remind ourselves that happiness is our birth right.
I had been writing Awareness by Tazmin for over two years, but my blog covered a wide range of things and wasn’t just focused on discussing mental health awareness. It was time for a change, fortunately someone very important to me, gave me the kick up the arse that I needed and now it’s time to move onto bigger things with my writing.
