When you feel unhealthy why not practice yoga or eat an apple?
When you feel jealous why not take time to appreciate something in your life – like yourself?
When you’re feeling sad, why not engage with something that makes you happier? Like an easy-viewing movie, your favourite food, one of your comfiest jumpers.
