Just because you feel something doesn’t make it fact.
Just because you feel worthless, unloveable and like you will never succeed doesn’t make it true.
But know that these beliefs can be confirmed if you don’t sit and rationalise your thoughts. So sit and think ‘what evidence proves that I am not worthless, I am not unloveable and I will succeed?’
It isn’t easy to sit and rationalise with yourself. But I have done it, people have done it so you can too if you really want to.
Think, for example, what proves I’m full of worth? Who loves me? I’ve succeeded to get this far, surley I can go further?
If you do not then your actions will compliment your thoughts and beliefs. You will isolate yourself. You will push people out. They will no longer show they care. You will stop working hard.
How you perceive yourself is how you perceive the world. How you perceive yourself is life changing.
