I mean, I don’t know about you, but for me it can depend on the hour as to what kind of ‘head’ I’ve got on – is my head sad today or anxious, overwhelmed, nervous, content or happy? We can also be a hybrid of different kinds of heads in one moment.
It’s important that besides our bodies and our physical health, we look after our heads; so that’s what this is all about. Keeping our heads happy, our bodies as temples and our personal lives balanced; because when we have all these things in order – we can live happier, healthier and more purposeful lives.
I’ve been writing for The Happy Head in regards to mental health and wellbeing for nearly three years.Writing has always been a deep form of meditation and therapy for me, my way of reminding myself the beauty in the world against the ugly battle I can often face in my mind. It’s for all of us, the universal topics of ill mental health, happiness and wellbeing.
”I believe that many people don’t dedicate as much time to themselves, their happiness and their wellbeing as they do paying the bills, getting the right time train to work and being productive on the weekend. Happiness is our birth right and this must never be compromised.”
