When you find that your mind is whirling, it is important to find true inner silence. Smile, but do not speak too loudly. Respond compassionately, but do not ask for much conversation. Be kind, especially within yourself.
When your mind creeps up on you. When you feel darkness filling your mind, heart and soul. Be silent with yourself.
Challenge yourself and your mind. Silence is hard. Silence can be torture. If you keep allowing your thoughts you resonate in your mind, you do not have silence. Walk slowly. Breathe softly. Do not scatter or rush.
Each thing you do, say ‘I’m doing it for me’ within yourself.
Find the love within yourself to understand that emotions are passing, just like time. Just like weather.
Have peace within. Have peace with your thoughts and feelings. Do not allow your thoughts and feelings to become a part of your heart and soul. You do not want a fearful heart.
Allow your anxiety. Allow your low mood. Allow whatever negative emotion that is consuming you at the present moment. Allow it. to be all that it is. Let it be. Do not let it live. It shall pass.
