Tomorrow is a new day
When you start your day, check in with yourself. Open the curtains, look out the window and see how you’re feeling. Did you sleep well? Any bad dreams? Any good dreams?
How are you feeling about the day ahead? If there’s anything you’re looking forward to, think about that. If there’s anything making you nervous, don’t dwell too much on it and move forward to the day ahead.
How you wake and how you are with yourself when you wake can impact your entire day and sometimes even week.
If you have a bad day, go to bed and remember that tomorrow is a new day. Clear your mind of any stresses and focus on what you can do to make tomorrow, better. Expect tomorrow to be better. And let it be.
Positive thoughts lead to positive outcomes.
Leave yesterday in the past.
Think about tomorrow, tomorrow.
Think about the now.
If you’re feeling a bit tired think ‘what can I eat for breakfast that will give me a little more energy?’ or ‘have I got time for a little workout to wake me up?’ or ‘should I put my shower on a different temperature?’
Do what you can to make the start of your day, great.
It will have positive ripple effects in the rest of the day to come.
